Terms & conditions

This English version is a courtesy summary. The legally binding text is the Dutch algemene voorwaarden.

Engagement

Services are delivered on the basis of a signed proposal or order form. Scope, deliverables and price are defined per engagement.

Invoicing

Monthly recurring fees are invoiced in advance unless agreed otherwise. Payment terms are 30 days net.

Intellectual property

Client retains ownership of provided materials and final deliverables. Add Value retains ownership of pre-existing methods and tooling.

Confidentiality

Both parties protect confidential information for 3 years after the engagement ends.

Liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

Belgian law. Courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
